Diane Flowers, CEO and Founder (Ms. Diane) Flowers Family Daycare was founded by Diane Flowers in 1995. While searching for childcare for her own children, she saw the need for reliable and affordable childcare with the emphasis on the whole child. She realized then that it takes the whole family to partner with one another in early childcare development and education.
Ms. Diane always went one step further with her childcare which includes but not limited to incorporating early reading and writing to implementing a summer camp where she would provide jobs for teenagers during the summer. Although rewarded throughout the years of servicing her community, Ms. Diane knows the greatest rewards are the success of the children that she had an opportunity to touch over the years is her greatest accolades.
Ms. Diane graciously finds reward in the eyes of every child that has been a part of Flowers Daycare Center over the years through a host of Parents, referrals and acknowledgement from providers that she’s helped over the years to get started.
